Cyryl Romejko specializes in cases regarding intelectual property rights with special regard for the problem of registration and protection of trademarks. His Master’s Degree Thesis entitled “Public Policy in Trademark Law from Polish and European Perspective” was honored in the 11^th edition of the competition for an essay on intellectual property, organized by Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.

While providing legal service for individual entrepreneurs and for companies, he advises them on the effective use and protection of the vested non-material property rights, examines the so-called registrability of trademarks, prepares and analyzes agreements regarding copyright and industrial property rights (among others, license agreements, assignments, confidentiality arrangements). He collaborates with attorneys-at-law from Miśkowicz Pach i Partnerzy Kancelaria Radców Prawnych located in Kraków in relation with representing entrepreneurs before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and the European IP Office in Allicante (former Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, OHIM) in registration processes and disputes.

He possesses the title of a patent attorney.

Furthermore, in his professional practice he has been advising and representing Kancelaria Radców Prawnych clients before courts in Kraków in many insurance disputes.
