Natalia Rysz-Nowosielska, LL.D., specializes in providing comprehensive legal assistance in the field of administrative, including court, proceedings, with particular emphasis on proceedings related to the investment and construction process. She has experience in providing legal services for investments carried out by developers – including in Cracow and Warsaw, as well as by individual clients. She deals with matters related to the regulation of the legal status of real estate, including expropriation and spatial development matters, as well as transactions on the real estate market. She also takes part in the ongoing legal services of companies provided by the Law Firm. She has been working at the Miśkowicz Pach Law Firm since 2013. She defended her doctoral thesis with distinction at the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She is the author of publications in the field of administrative law and public economic law. Back
